Terms and Conditions for Sami's Beautiful Nails

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• To secure an appointment, clients are required to make a non-refundable pre-payment deposit, the amount of which depends on the selected service. This deposit will be applied as a rolling deposit for future appointments and will be deducted from the total service cost on the appointment day.
• Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.
• A 100% appointment fee will be charged for no-shows (clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice) and must be paid before booking another appointment.
• If a client cancels on the same day as their appointment, a 50% appointment fee will be charged and must also be paid before booking the next appointment.

2. Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made through various methods, including bank transfer.
• All payments must be made in full at the time of service, except for the pre-payment deposit.

3. Service Guarantee:

• We take pride in our nail services and strive for excellence. If you experience any issues or concerns with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

4. Hygiene and Sanitation:

• Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices in compliance with local health regulations. All equipment is properly sanitized between clients.

5. Children and Guests:

• To maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all clients, we kindly request that children and guests not receiving services do not accompany clients during appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

6. Personal Belongings:

• Please keep track of your personal belongings during your visit. Sami's Beautiful Nails is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

7. Right to Refuse Service:

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or any other reason that disrupts the salon's peaceful environment.

8. Privacy Policy:

• Your privacy is important to us. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Sami's Beautiful Nails reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
